Key Responsibilities Coordinate and develop **personalized class programs**, aligned with students’ expectations and goals, while respecting the principles and techniques of Physical Education; Conduct **specialized training sessions** with student groups. Guide and correct the **proper execution of exercises**, ensuring safety, injury prevention, and optimization of results; Keep students **motivated and engaged**, tracking progress, providing continuous feedback, and adjusting workouts as needed; Develop close relationships with students and **manage your client portfolio**, promoting retention and loyalty. ? Requirements **Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (completed)**; **Active registration with CREF**. **Experience in group classes** ?
