Description

We are seeking a committed, organized, and proactive professional to monitor and control on-site construction activities, ensuring execution in accordance with the company's established quality, safety, and productivity standards. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and verify daily construction activities against internal standards and projects registered in Autodoc, ensuring delivery quality; * Guide teams on proper activity execution and adherence to standard procedures according to ETS, ITS, and FVS; * Support the integration and orientation of new interns and employees by conveying departmental routines and tasks; * Monitor service execution, conduct training sessions, and disseminate technical information to ensure process quality; * Supervise and encourage correct use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), contributing to accident prevention and maintaining worksite safety; * Assist in organizing the construction site, including proper waste disposal and actions to reduce waste; * Support the Occupational Safety area through training, awareness-raising, and assistance during inspections; * Assist the site manager with activities such as measurements, material procurement, activity scheduling, and supplier evaluations. ### **Requirements:** * Knowledge of construction site routines and quality control; * Knowledge of occupational safety procedures; * **Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Architecture;** * Organizational skills, strong communication ability, and sense of responsibility; * Familiarity with Autodoc, ETS, ITS, and FVS is desirable. ### **Advantages:** * Prior experience on civil construction projects; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Health insurance * Dental insurance
