The professional will be responsible for organizing the reception area, providing information, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone entering the company. * Greet and guide visitors, clients, and suppliers. * Answer and direct telephone calls. * Monitor entry and exit of personnel. * Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. * Receive, register, and forward correspondence and packages. * Schedule appointments and assist in organizing meetings. * Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability, courtesy, and professional demeanor. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Prior experience in this role is considered an advantage.
