The professional will be responsible for maintaining the tranquility of the hospital environment, adhering to security protocols and delivering humane service. **Daily Responsibilities:** * Control access for people, vehicles, and suppliers within the hospital premises, following internal rules and procedures; * Provide service and guidance to patients, family members, and visitors, offering information on department locations and visiting hours; * Monitor foot traffic at entrances and exits, maintaining order and security in the environment; * Alert the security team and/or medical assistance in case of emergencies or incidents on-site; * Prepare daily access control reports and record significant incidents. **Work Location:** Souza Aguiar Hospital Complex.
