Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior PCP Analyst to support Production Planning and Control activities, contributing to process efficiency and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of reports and performance indicators We are looking for a **Junior PCP Analyst** to join our team and support **Production Planning and Control** activities. This professional will monitor production orders, control materials, and assist in production planning, contributing to process efficiency and adherence to established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in daily and weekly production scheduling, considering productive capacity, resource availability, and priorities defined in the plan; * Issue and release Production Orders (POs) in the system; * Monitor the progress of production orders, identifying deviations between planned and actual execution, and reporting situations that may impact achievement of the production plan; * Conduct floor supervision, aligning priorities with the operations team and supporting resolution of production-related issues; * Record, verify, and validate production data entries in the system, ensuring reliability of production information; * Monitor raw material and input inventory levels, flagging risks of stockouts or need for replenishment; * Prepare and analyze departmental performance reports and indicators, such as OEE, OTD, Lead Time, scrap/rework rate, and production plan adherence; * Serve as the interface between PCP and Production, ensuring alignment on priorities, scheduling, and necessary adjustments to the production schedule. **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of production planning and inventory control is desirable; * Prior experience in an industrial or production environment will be considered a plus.
