DESCRIPTION: PERFORM ROUTINE INSPECTIONS TO ASSESS THE CONDITION AND FUNCTIONING OF EQUIPMENT; CARRY OUT MAINTENANCE ON ELECTRIC MOTORS, MOTOR-PUMPS, CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS, AND COMPONENTS (MECHANICAL SEALS, COUPLINGS, BEARINGS, ETC.); PERFORM LUBRICATION AND ADJUSTMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS; DISASSEMBLE AND REASSEMBLE MOTORS, IDENTIFYING AND CORRECTING DEFECTS; REPLACE OIL, CLEAN, AND PERFORM GENERAL MAINTENANCE ON EQUIPMENT; RECORD AND TRACK REPAIRS PERFORMED AND REPLACED PARTS; MAINTAIN AN UP-TO-DATE INVENTORY OF EQUIPMENT AND SPARE PARTS.
