Building Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: Assist in various building maintenance activities, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, scaffolding assembly, locksmithing, glazing, and site cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional support in building maintenance 2. Collaborative work with various teams 3. Involves cleaning and organizing construction sites Main Responsibilities: Assist plumbers in maintaining and renovating plumbing installations; Perform cuts in masonry, flooring, and slabs for pipe routing; Assist professional painters in painting walls, floors, ceilings, façades, furniture, doors, windows, and other structures; Assist carpenters in assembling and dismantling scaffolding; Assist in other carpentry tasks; Assist building maintenance professionals in other building maintenance services, such as telecommunications, locksmithing, glazing, and related tasks; Clean the site where services covered by the Contract were performed; Remove debris from the site where services covered by the Contract were performed; Transport materials required for service execution; Clean and sweep construction sites; Assist masons in performing maintenance, renovation, and finishing tasks; Perform other duties compatible with the position's responsibilities.
