The mission of this role is to ensure accurate control, verification, and recording of tax documents, guaranteeing compliance with current tax legislation and adherence to the Company's internal processes. **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Classify and verify incoming and outgoing material invoices, and control and archive tax documents; * Analyze the possibility of claiming tax credits during the classification of incoming invoices; * Support and advise operational and administrative departments regarding tax documents; * Issue product outbound documents and monitor deadlines for returning equipment sent for maintenance and/or repair; * Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations within legal deadlines, based on the Company's tax records; * Conduct periodic reviews of tax legislation to prevent penalties and ensure compliance with primary and ancillary obligations; * Keep the Company's ERP updated according to changes in tax legislation; * Perform calculation, payment, and compliance monitoring of ICMS and DIFAL, including legislative analysis and preparation of ancillary obligations. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Accounting Sciences; * Specialization in Taxation, with emphasis on ICMS, is desirable; * Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal tax legislation; * Experience in ICMS calculation; * Familiarity with SAP and Mastersaf systems is a plus. **Soft skills:** * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal departments and regulatory agencies; * Proactivity in identifying and resolving tax issues; * Strategic vision and keen ability to anticipate problems; **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Bradesco National Top Health and Dental Plan (No Co-payment); * Meal and Food Allowance; * WellHub; * Psicologia Viva; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Birthday Day Off; * Work Model: Hybrid; * Employment Type: CLT; * Location: Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro Founded in 2015 as Açu Petróleo, a company of Grupo Prumo, **dedicated to providing safe, clean, efficient, and sustainable oil transshipment infrastructure and services** at the Porto do Açu.
