




Job Summary: The Procurement Supervisor will coordinate, supervise, and optimize procurement, materials, and logistics processes, ensuring strategic supply and alignment with organizational objectives. The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing the company's **procurement, materials (warehousing and inventory), and logistics (shipping and transportation)** processes, ensuring strategic supply, procedural standardization, team management, and alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Procurement Department Management: Coordinate and supervise the procurement team’s activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Planning and Strategy: Plan strategic procurement by analyzing demand, inventory levels, and future business needs. * Supplier Management: Develop, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to foster strategic partnerships and drive continuous improvement. * Strategic Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations and strategic contracts to achieve optimal commercial terms and cost reduction. * Performance Indicator Analysis: Monitor departmental performance indicators (costs, lead times, quality, and service levels), proposing corrective actions and improvements. * Cross-Departmental Integration: Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Finance, Tax, and Logistics departments to ensure process alignment and efficiency. * Control and Compliance: Ensure procurement processes comply with internal, tax, and legal regulations. * Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to procurement processes, systems, and internal controls. Prerequisites: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Knowledge: * Strategic procurement/supply chain, warehousing, and inventory management. * ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA Grow preferred). * Knowledge of contracts, negotiation, and cost analysis.
