SEEL Engenharia is seeking a Marketing Analyst focused on B2B Performance, Commercial Intelligence, and Relationship Management, acting as a strategic partner to the Sales team in strengthening the customer journey, generating opportunities, and supporting complex sales. The professional will be responsible for mapping strategic accounts, developing relationship-building initiatives, supporting the sales pipeline with market intelligence, and producing technical content that reinforces the brand's authority in the Concessions, Mining, Sanitation, and Energy sectors. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the relationship journey with strategic prospects and customers; * Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for priority accounts; * Support the sales team with market intelligence, strategic materials, and go-to-market plans; * Produce technical and institutional content (case studies, presentations, articles, and commercial materials); * Support post-sales strategies, account retention, and expansion; * Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and trends to generate commercial insights. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or related fields; * Experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, highways, energy, or sanitation; * Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive or similar), sales automation, and relationship marketing; * Hands-on experience with ABM, lead generation, database management, and performance marketing; * Ability to translate technical topics into strategic communication; * Analytical, consultative, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Specialization in B2B Marketing, Market Intelligence, or Commercial Management; * Experience with complex sales and large accounts; * Experience using technologies, including generative AI; * Content production expertise.
