Job Summary: SEST SENAT is seeking an Instructor (Logistics) to deliver theoretical and practical classes and facilitate students' learning processes in Professional Development activities. Develop professionals through the Operational Unit's educational initiatives THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies as required by SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Logistics) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Work schedule and shift will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must indicate availability for the established schedule. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION PROVING THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or Administration. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Course completion declaration accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days after degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training and/or logistics courses. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, under penalty of disapproval. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, indicating start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a description of duties performed; b) Copy of the Worker’s Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the position sought (only if the CTPS registration uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “a” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** § Experience delivering courses and lectures. § Enrolled in postgraduate studies. § Computer literacy. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
