Job Summary: Performs cleaning and hygiene maintenance tasks in various environments, including garbage collection and disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, floor washing, and restocking hygiene supplies. Focusing on organization and discretion Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene conditions and environmental preservation, including collecting common and recyclable waste, disposing of it in designated locations and/or containers according to material classification, sweeping, vacuuming, washing and drying floors, removing dust and dirt, cleaning bathrooms and sanitary facilities, restocking hygiene supplies and cleaning products, and reporting any issues or maintenance needs related to the environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform general cleaning tasks in offices, courtyards, common areas, pantries, cafeterias, bathrooms, etc., to maintain hygiene conditions and environmental preservation in the workplace; * Collect common and recyclable waste, disposing of it in designated locations and/or containers according to material classification, in alignment with the company's recycling policy to ensure organizational integrity and required cleanliness standards; * Sweep and vacuum dust and dirt from environments manually and/or using appropriate cleaning equipment, collecting and containing waste while adhering to the established cleaning schedule; * Wash and dry floors in offices, courtyards, cafeterias, pantries, bathrooms, and sanitary facilities manually and/or using appropriate cleaning equipment, aiming to maintain hygiene conditions and environmental preservation in the company's workplace; * Restock hygiene supplies in bathrooms, pantries, and cafeterias, replenishing dispensers with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, napkins, disposable cups for water and coffee, as well as cleaning materials used in the maintenance and cleaning of work environments; * Perform other duties related to the position upon request by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of elementary education preferred * No technical expertise required for performing job duties * Proactive attitude, strong sense of organization, and discretion when cleaning offices and private areas * Minimum 1-month experience in related activities **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is inherent to human nature.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
