Management of cleaning and hygiene supplies The General Services Assistant (GSA) is responsible for environmental cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that spaces are always sanitized and organized. Duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces and glass, and collecting garbage. The GSA also handles restocking hygiene supplies and organizes restrooms and kitchens. Additionally, the GSA must maintain cleaning products and tools, respond to organizational requests, and monitor inventory levels of required materials. Cleaning restrooms, dining areas, and other common areas, as well as sanitizing floors, walls, handrails, doors, etc. Collecting general and recyclable waste, prioritizing selective collection to support environmental preservation.
