The professional will be responsible for preparing, deboning, cutting, and handling beef, pork, and poultry, ensuring quality, sector organization, and excellent customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform deboning, cutting, preparation, and portioning of beef, pork, and poultry * Work with pork, performing appropriate cuts * Serve customers at the counter courteously, advising them on cuts * Ensure sector organization, cleanliness, and restocking * Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practice regulations * Monitor expiration dates and storage conditions * Maintain butcher shop equipment, utensils, and tools **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of documented experience as a butcher (via employment record) * Ability to debone * Experience working with pork * Knowledge of cutting techniques for beef, pork, and poultry * Basic understanding of food hygiene and handling * Agility, attention to detail, and responsibility * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in supermarkets * Strong communication skills and ease in customer interaction **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (R$ 2\.400,00\) \+ hazard pay (R$324,20\) * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher, and bonus * Opportunity for professional development * Organized, dynamic, and collaborative work environment Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher Experience: * Butchery and deboning (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
