As a Finance Controller Specialist, you will work directly with partners to drive high-complexity financial projects for small and medium-sized enterprises, operating at the frontier between finance, technology, and strategy. You will: * Implement and manage economic management models that provide true visibility into client performance; * Structure and analyze the Indirect Cash Flow as a diagnostic tool, linking accounting profit to reinvestment capacity; * Map and optimize financial cycles, identifying efficiency levers in Working Capital; * Lead the development of KPIs and dashboards in Power BI, ensuring information is canonical, traceable, and auditable; * Act as advisor to partners and clients’ senior leadership in validating budgetary assumptions.
