Job Summary: The Controller Analyst will be a key player in maintaining the Group's financial health and operational efficiency, working from budget planning to strategic process improvements. As a Controller Analyst, you will be a key player in maintaining the Group's financial health and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities span budget planning and indicator management to strategic improvements in our processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flows. * Develop dashboards and monitor economic-financial KPIs to support executive decision-making. * Control costs, revenues, and expenses, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. * Ensure accurate cost allocation and calculation. * Participate in internal/external audits and ensure compliance of financial processes. * Propose solutions for optimizing financial management and departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in Controller, Audit, or Financial Planning roles. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in creating and presenting managerial reports/dashboards and data analysis. * **Profile:** Analytical mindset, proactivity, and results orientation.
