Assemble meals according to technical specifications and standards for temperature and weight. Record production stages and support areas such as pre-preparation, desserts, baking, and packaging. Store products in accordance with food safety regulations. Ensure holding box compliance and fulfill special requests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the area and equipment. Accurately complete job-related documentation. **Desired Education and Experience:** Completed elementary education. Experience in service assembly or factory production. Preferred: experience in catering, industrial meals for airlines, or industrial kitchens. Temporary position with possibility of permanent hiring based on performance.
