Our parking operators are the face of MaxiPark. They provide quality service to our customers, ensuring that their parking experience with us is efficient and pleasant. As a parking operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the parking facility operates safely, efficiently, and in an organized manner. The responsibilities of this role include receiving and recording payments, guiding and assisting customers during the parking process, managing traffic flow within the parking area, and ensuring the safety of vehicles and their occupants. As an operator, you will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the parking area, ensuring it remains clean and well-kept. To be considered for this position, you must possess effective communication skills, be courteous, and maintain a friendly attitude toward customers. Additionally, you must have excellent organizational skills and be capable of working quickly and efficiently, even under pressure. Additional requirements include: * Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment is advantageous, though training will be provided. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
