Come write history with us! \#**WeAreVitus** \#**ForALifeWithoutPain** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Contact physicians and patients to inform authorization status when required; * Submit authorization requests; * Review pending authorization processes daily; * Complete authorization request forms; * Digitize documents and submit them to health insurance providers; * Provide support to health insurance providers; * Schedule first-time appointments for assisted therapy patients. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of authorization procedures; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in clinics, hospitals, or medical offices; * Familiarity with Assisted Therapy (immunobiological medications); * Knowledge of Tasy system. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Botafogo **Working Hours:** 44 hours/week — Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Total Pass, and Transportation Voucher Grupo Vitus was founded in 2019 to expand our way of caring for and valuing our patients’ health, driven by the purpose of creating**an active, pain-free Brazil.** We comprise brands with over 45 years of experience in healthcare.
