Offshore Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, from supplier quotation and selection to delivery monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the quotation and supplier selection process 2. Coordinates the issuance and approval of Purchase Orders 3. Monitors item delivery and identifies new suppliers Responsibilities and Duties: Review internal requests to initiate the quotation process, prioritizing chronological order or internal customer urgency; Forward quotation requests to suppliers; Populate the quotation spreadsheet with supplier-provided pricing; Identify the optimal supplier in the system, prioritizing lowest cost, highest quality, or other criteria aligned with internal customer needs; Generate Purchase Orders for approval by respective cost center managers; Submit approved Purchase Orders to suppliers; Monitor (follow-up) item delivery; Identify new suppliers to expand procurement opportunities; Minimize company procurement costs; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in the offshore sector’s procurement area? * Do you speak English?
