Will participate in the implementation of infrastructure improvements and projects. **On-site \| Xerém – Duque de Caxias – RJ** Nortec Química is seeking a professional to join its **Facilities** team, ensuring the efficiency of infrastructure services, building maintenance, and supplier management. We are looking for an analytical, organized, and proactive individual who contributes to continuous process improvement, ensuring a safe, functional work environment aligned with the company’s quality standards. **✨ Your Impact** As a **Facilities Analyst**, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling contracts, suppliers, and essential company services, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), cost control, and process compliance. Your role will be critical in driving improvements, optimizing resources, and delivering an excellent experience to internal customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage Facilities contracts and suppliers, monitoring performance, service measurements, SLAs, and contractual compliance; * Ensure the proper functioning of cleaning, security, building maintenance, utilities, and other support services; * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to schedules; * Support budgetary control for the area by analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for optimization and expense reduction; * Validate service measurements, verify documentation, and support invoice processing and payment workflows; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and propose action plans; * Maintain organized documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements; * Serve as the primary point of contact for Facilities-related requests from internal customers, tracking deadlines and solutions; * Participate in implementing infrastructure-related improvements and small-scale projects, including layout and environmental standardization; * Support occupational health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable regulations for service providers. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related fields; * Experience managing contracts, suppliers, and SLA monitoring; * Knowledge of building maintenance, utilities, and service request management; * Experience with budgetary control, cost analysis, and performance indicators; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills, negotiation ability, sense of urgency, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Power BI knowledge; * Training in Facilities Management, Contract Management, or Occupational Health and Safety; * Experience in industrial environments; * Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. **Benefits** * Health and Dental Insurance; * Flexible Meal Allowance; * On-site Cafeteria; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Commuter Bus (no payroll deduction); * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR); * TotalPass; * Day Off.
