Focus on final product presentation Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one of the production process stages, such as: pre\-preparing hot dishes, meats, and special diets; sanitizing equipment, utensils, and areas; preparing salads; collecting and identifying food samples; assembling, distributing, and restocking food, beverages, and utensils; ensuring final product presentation. 1\. Pre\-prepare hot dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in assembling and restocking food. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and garnishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of your immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\.
