Focus on legal and organizational documentary compliance \*Job Title\* HR/Personnel Analyst \*Objective\* To support the team in administrative processes, personnel department operations, implementation of internal policies, establishment of preventive measures, and labor relations. \*Main Responsibilities\* \- Prepare and maintain employee records (payroll, time tracking, hiring/termination, and benefits) in compliance with regulations. \- Organize documentation to ensure legal and contractual compliance. \- Design and implement HR programs (benefits, workplace climate, etc.). \- Implement labor preventive measures. \*Requirements\* \- Degree in Human Resources or related fields. \- Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT). \- Experience implementing HR programs is a plus. \- Proficiency in MS Office.
