Requirements: * Customer service experience; * Strong communication skills; * Cordiality. Responsibilities: Customer service assistance: Greet customers, deliver utensils, and assist with table setup. Workstation preparation: Help set tables—including cutlery, napkins, glasses, and plates—and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Cleaning and organization: Perform cleaning tasks such as wiping down tables and chairs, and keeping the restaurant area clean and orderly. Serving food and beverages: Assist in delivering dishes and drinks to customers, ensuring attractive presentation. Kitchen support: Facilitate communication between customers and the kitchen, ensuring orders are accurately conveyed and dishes served at the appropriate time. Compliance with hygiene standards: Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a healthy and safe environment. Team collaboration: Work closely with waitstaff, chefs, and other team members to deliver efficient, high-quality service. Customer support: Respond to customer requests—such as providing additional utensils or beverages—as needed.
