* Verify proper completion of daily check\-lists; \u2022 Monitor and resolve requests for clinical opinions; \u2022 Ensure technicians’ adherence to the monthly functional site schedule; \u2022 Redimension the team when necessary; \u2022 Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with the nursing technical team; \u2022 Perform risk classification for patients referred directly for care; \u2022 Assess and complete the admission check\-list for all inpatients; \u2022 Verify bed availability at the NIR for patients awaiting urgent admission; \u2022 Keep supervision informed of daily challenges; \u2022 Conduct monthly audits of the technical team, per the audit form provided by supervision; \u2022 Timely inform the team of matters communicated by supervision; \u2022 Perform risk classification for trauma patients; \u2022 Provide care and assess need for continued presence during patient treatment in the trauma room; \u2022 For external patient transfers (e.g., for exams or to another institution), verify ambulance conditions per the check\-list and release the patient only after transport conditions are approved; \u2022 Monitor interpersonal relationships among teams and report to the Supervisor if behavioral interventions are required. \u2022 Manage inventory movement for trauma and crash cart supplies, ensuring correct dispensing by pharmacy; \u2022 Optimize patient transfer to the Operating Room. \u2022 Address all family and patient questions regarding therapeutic management. \u2022 Refer cases to social services when absence of family support or social issues requiring resolution are identified. \u2022 For high\-complexity patients, monitor fluid balance over 24 hours; \u2022 Perform patient property custody procedures in Trauma, promptly delivering belongings to relatives/family, or forwarding them to hospitality services during business hours; \u2022 Review inpatient medical records to confirm timely administration of scheduled medications and completion of required tests prior to transfer to the unit; \u2022 Monitor internal transfers to the ICU; \u2022 Custody and deliver patients’ personal belongings; \u2022 Initiate Work Accident Reports (CAT) for occupational accidents and provide appropriate guidance to involved staff; \u2022 Monitor/ensure compliance with timeframes stipulated in managed protocols (e.g., Sepsis, Stroke, Hypertension in Pregnancy, Chest Pain); \u2022 Provide copies of prescriptions, medical reports, laboratory and imaging test results for inter\-hospital transfers; \u2022 Guide patients and families through the care/internment process; \u2022 In case of death, guide responsible parties on required procedures and documentation; \u2022 Assist the team in preparing the body upon death; \u2022 Accompany and release the body from the morgue, leaving the area clean and orderly; \u2022 Receive and accompany the team to the polytrauma patient; \u2022 Clarify treatment\-related questions for patients/families; \u2022 Promote comfort for patients/families during their stay in the unit; \u2022 Identify whether a patient requires an attendant during hospitalization; \u2022 Involve the family in the care process.
