Team management and quality control **Head Baker** Main Responsibilities: \-Coordinate and execute the production of bread, doughs, and artisanal and industrial bakery products. \-Develop new recipes, standardize processes, and ensure product quality. \-Supervise assistant staff, guiding preparation techniques and good handling practices. \-Monitor raw material inventory levels, suggest purchases, and prevent waste. \-Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices. \-Track market trends and propose innovations in products and processes. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a head baker or production leader in bakeries/pastry shops. Proficiency in artisanal and industrial baking techniques (various bread types, specialty and traditional doughs). Knowledge of quality control, standardization, and good manufacturing practices. Leadership and training capabilities for assistant staff. Strong organizational, planning, and process-oriented skills. Creativity for product innovation. High school diploma. Desirable: Prior experience in this role, with technical proficiency.
