




Job Summary: Position to work in the kitchen of a Boutique Hotel, responsible for preparing varied and refined menus developed in collaboration with management, serving guests staying in 10 rooms, in a dynamic work environment. Advantage for knowledge of mis en place and inventory organization Position located in the Hotel's kitchen, responsible for menu creation for the restaurant. Meals are served to guests; we are a Boutique Hotel with only 10 rooms, featuring significant variation in workload pace. The menu changes according to season, is concise, and is developed jointly with hotel management. We seek a professional who already has some experience in food service but is also open to new challenges, adaptable, and flexible. The candidate must be organized, clean, attentive, and communicate effectively. Punctuality at work is essential. An advantage for candidates who already know how to perform mis en place, food production, and have previously organized inventory for purchasing purposes.
