We are seeking a Project Engineer specializing in Emergency and Occupational Safety, responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring projects focused on risk prevention, emergency management, and continuous improvement of operational safety conditions. The professional will directly engage in planning and executing initiatives that ensure employee well-being, protect company assets, and comply with safety regulations and applicable legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** We are seeking a Project Engineer specializing in Emergency and Occupational Safety, responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring projects focused on risk prevention, emergency management, and continuous improvement of operational safety conditions. The professional will directly engage in planning and executing initiatives that ensure employee well-being, protect company assets, and comply with safety regulations and applicable legislation. **Detailed Description:** * Develop and implement occupational safety and emergency management projects; * Prepare and review emergency response plans; * Conduct operational and occupational risk analyses; * Support implementation of accident prevention programs; * Coordinate emergency drills and safety training; * Support formation and monitoring of emergency response teams; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulatory standards; * Prepare technical reports, performance indicators, and improvement plans; * Support incident and accident investigations; * Participate in implementing safety process improvements across operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Active registration with CREA. * Experience in occupational safety or industrial risk management. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. * Experience with industrial emergency plans. * Experience in industrial environments or large-scale projects. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: On-site * Work Location: Duque de Caxias/RJ * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more, in the ability to turn them into reality.
