Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the quality of services performed, completing reports and daily construction logs together with the site supervisor, documenting executed services with photographs, maintaining internal control of equipment rented for the construction site, and ensuring compliance with project specifications under guidance; * Verify daily the presence of the contractor's personnel at the construction site, reporting to the site supervisor and informing the Human Resources department of the list of personnel assigned; * Monitor Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), in compliance with company norms and procedures; * Supervise technological controls on the construction site, usage of construction materials (formwork, steel, concrete, etc.), and improvement works related to access routes for Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and/or Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs); * Prepare a weekly physical progress chart for the construction project, gathering necessary information for subcontractor measurement reports; * Prepare documentary components of drawings, including sorting, copying, interleaving, and binding as requested, meeting all required specifications; * Operate company vehicles when external service duties require it, ensuring traffic safety and compliance with established traffic regulations. * Adhere to internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Experience monitoring construction projects, preferably urban construction; * Preferred: Technical degree in Building Construction or currently enrolled in Civil Engineering.
