Job Summary: Lead the civil maintenance team, supervising work, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality, schedule compliance, and regulatory adherence. Key Highlights: 1. Activity management and workfront organization Lead civil maintenance teams in the PIER / TPSII areas; Monitor masonry, painting, repairs, and building maintenance activities; Assign and guide team tasks; Ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule; Support control of materials, tools, and equipment; Inspect the quality of completed work; Report activity progress to the supervisor; Ensure compliance with safety regulations; Support resolution of emergency requests; Maintain organization of workfronts.
