At .add, you will find: Collaborative environment 100% Remote work Health Insurance Dental Insurance Meal or Food Allowance Life Insurance Training Program Continuous Education Program Challenges and growth opportunities Mandatory Requirements* Experience in manual testing and functional testing. * Experience in test planning, analysis, and modeling. * Experience in planning, implementation, execution, and analysis of performance testing. * Practical knowledge of acceptance testing, behavioral testing (BDD), and integration testing. * Experience in load, performance, and vulnerability testing. * Knowledge of usability testing with a focus on accessibility. * Experience in test environment configuration management. * Experience conducting tests across multiple platforms: web, mobile (apps), desktop, and responsive environments. * Proficiency in white-box and black-box testing (functional and non-functional). * Experience using SQL for data validation and analysis. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Desirable Requirements* Experience in the insurance or banking sector. * Experience with test automation using frameworks such as: + REST Assured (for RESTful APIs); + Selenium WebDriver or Playwright (for web automation); + Cypress or Katalon Studio (for functional and end-to-end automation); * Experience with continuous integration (CI/CD) and executing automated tests within pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). * Knowledge of code versioning (Git) and defect management (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) Differentiators* Certifications in software testing (CTFL, CTAL, CAT, Cypress Certified, etc.). * Experience monitoring and analyzing logs for failure investigation.
