Familiarity with customer service software is required, including handling service tickets and providing guidance via email and telephone as needed. Clarification of inquiries, infrastructure, configuration, and updates for: Microsoft products, antivirus software, network connectivity, hardware maintenance, software, internet, Office 365, printer configuration, servers, and client-specific systems.
