Your work will be essential to maintaining quality standards, responding promptly to internal client demands, and ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs. This position offers the opportunity to directly manage suppliers, oversee operational control, and drive continuous improvement—contributing to excellence in user experience and JLL’s business objectives. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Acting as the local Facilities focal point to address operational demands at the site * Overseeing execution of outsourced services, maintenance activities, administrative routines, and building support tasks * Monitoring service requests raised by internal clients and ensuring timely resolution per agreed timelines * Conducting operational inspections and routine audits to identify deviations, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities * Supporting infrastructure, furniture, layout, utilities, and auxiliary services management in accordance with contractual scope * Preparing operational reports, presentations, and unit performance metrics * Ensuring alignment with client directives, internal policies, compliance requirements, and health, safety, and operational procedures **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related fields (currently pursuing or completed) * Proven experience in corporate Facilities and building operations * Experience managing internal client relationships and supplier management * Familiarity with operational routines of corporate sites * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience operating multinational corporate accounts * Advanced English proficiency * Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, action plans, and operational governance * Experience with ticketing systems and operational controls **Location:** On-site – Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, RJ **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM *JLL fosters a diverse and inclusive culture.
