Main Responsibilities * Manage daily restaurant operations; * Lead and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff; * Ensure high-quality customer service; * Organize work schedules and monitor team performance; * Oversee opening and closing procedures; * Support inventory and supply control; * Resolve issues and handle incidents during restaurant operation; * Ensure compliance with standards of organization, hygiene, and service. Requirements * Prior experience in restaurant, bar, or food service management or supervision; * Experience leading teams; * Strong communication and problem-solving skills; * Organizational skills and responsibility for operational routines; * Availability to work the stated schedule.
