Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and attentive Commis Waiter to support the waiter and dining room teams, ensuring service quality and efficiency, as well as delivering the best possible customer experience. The professional will be responsible for **providing direct support to the waiter and dining room teams**, ensuring service quality and efficiency, while maintaining a clean and organized environment to enhance the overall customer experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support waiters during service by serving dishes and beverages according to house standards; * Prepare and organize the dining room before opening and after closing shifts; * Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and restocking of utensils; * Monitor and replenish support supplies (glasses, cutlery, napkins, trays, etc.); * Track order progress with the kitchen and bar to ensure prompt service; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Contribute to positive inter-team relations among dining room, bar, and kitchen staff. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role or in customer service is a plus; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a team; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Agility and willingness to work in the fast-paced environment of bars and restaurants; * Flexible availability and eagerness to learn. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-traffic establishments; * Basic knowledge of customer service and food handling; * Interest in professional growth within the customer service field.
