Le Postiche, a reference in luggage, bags, and accessories for over 45 years, is looking for a STORE MANAGER with a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile. ✨ WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Easy access to Shopping Tarrafas in Itaipava (maximum 40-minute commute); Minimum 2 years of proven retail store management experience; Commitment, punctuality, and owner’s mindset; Organization, discipline, and goal orientation; Completed high school education; Positive energy and good humor — because we believe a great work environment makes all the difference! YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the team to ensure the best customer experience; Monitor goals and results, focusing on team performance and development; Supervise administrative, commercial, and operational store routines; Ensure brand standards for product display and visual merchandising; Implement campaigns and action plans to achieve target KPIs; Recruit, train, and motivate the team — nurturing talent! Manage cash flow, reports, staff schedules, and store processes. WHAT WE OFFER: Base salary \+ Commission \+ Performance bonuses; 13th-month salary and transportation allowance; Collaborative work environment with support and recognition.
