The role entails managing cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, standardization, and customer satisfaction. **Candidate Profile** * Position: Operational Manager * Experience in check-out cleaning * Immediate availability * Experience in hospitality and/or short-term rental sectors **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 4.800,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 35.00 per working day * Corporate mobile phone * Transportation reimbursement **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise cleaning teams (corporate, residential, retail, and short-term rentals) * Conduct quality inspections * Plan and deliver operational training * Support executive management in franchisee oversight * Provide ongoing support to franchisees * Ensure compliance with standards and procedures * Conduct frequent site visits * Manage service schedules and routes * Resolve operational and customer issues * Maintain client relationships * Monitor quality and productivity metrics * Implement improvements and best practices * Organize staff shifts and team distribution **Requirements** * Experience in team coordination or supervision * Experience in the cleaning industry (strongly preferred) * Leadership and organizational mindset * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Conflict resolution ability * Willingness to travel frequently * Preferably residing near downtown Rio de Janeiro **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in franchise management * Quality control experience * Experience delivering operational training * Knowledge of route planning and logistics * Familiarity with digital tools (WhatsApp, spreadsheets, management systems) **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and autonomy * Hands-on approach * Organization and discipline * Professional demeanor * Ability to work under pressure * Results- and quality-oriented Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Please describe your professional experience relevant to this position!
