Facilitate communication among the school, families, and the community A daycare school located in Grajaú is hiring for the position of Pedagogical Coordinator. Responsibilities: * Develop, monitor, and evaluate the institution's Political\-Pedagogical Project (PPP); * Provide pedagogical guidance to the teaching staff; * Plan pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and internal workshops; * Monitor student performance and propose intervention measures when necessary; * Support school administration in organizing educational processes; * Facilitate communication among the school, families, and the community; * Ensure compliance with educational guidelines and applicable regulations; * Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching quality. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:48 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 1-hour break Compensation: R$ 2.500 + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Life Insurance Location: Grajaú/RJ Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (mandatory); postgraduate specialization in School Management or Pedagogical Coordination is preferred.
