Apply now! **Responsibilities**: Exercise leadership duties in the absence of the supervisor; Ensure cash register control when required; Maintain adequate inventory of goods necessary for daily store operations; Ensure company-defined quality standards; Sort and handle raw materials; Organize and sanitize the store; Ensure proper handling of proteins during pre-preparation; Ensure standardized protein production; Train new employees. **Requirements**: Availability to work a 5x2 schedule, including closings/EARLY MORNING shifts; Completed high school education; Experience in people, process, and goal management.
