Job Summary: Responsible for accompanying guests, organizing luggage, providing guidance on public areas, controlling requests, and managing correspondence and taxi services. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of check-ins/check-outs and monitoring of packages Responsible for accompanying guests upon arrival and departure, organizing luggage, and guiding them regarding the hotel’s public areas. Control guest requests, deliver correspondence, and arrange taxi services. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Hand over shift to the previous messenger. * Read the log book to review important information. * Record in the log book the luggage stored in the luggage room during shift change. * Check daily events to inform participants. * Verify cleanliness and organization of ashtrays, elevators, public restrooms, and plants; report to the responsible department (Housekeeping) when necessary. * Verify cleanliness and organization of furniture, lamps, and decorative items; report to the responsible department (Housekeeping) when necessary. * Inspect the condition of luggage carts. * Record in the log book the delivery of messages to guests. * Deliver requisitions and collect office supplies. * Coordinate with Reception to verify the arrival of Habitues, VIPs, or special packages. * Attend to all taxis arriving at the hotel. * Handle daily check-outs and check-ins. * Monitor package deliveries as well as lost luggage belonging to guests. * Perform general cleaning of the luggage storage room at the beginning of each month. * Organize the inactive file archive. **Requirements** * Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable. * Courtesy, physical agility, and excellent verbal communication skills. * Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish proficiency. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays). * Professionalism: Impeccable personal appearance and proactive attitude.
