Job Summary: Internship preferably for a Food Technician, focusing on preparation and microbiological analysis of culture media, food, water, and food handlers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparation and sterilization of culture media 2. Performance of microbiological analyses on various materials 3. Work with conventional or automated techniques Preferably a Food Technician RESPONSIBILITIES: Weigh and reconstitute culture media according to manufacturer instructions; Dispense liquid culture media into flasks, test tubes, and Petri dishes; Perform sterilization and documentation of produced culture media; Weigh food samples; Conduct biochemical tests; Perform readings; Perform plating and supplementation of culture media after production; Batch and quantify produced culture media; Identify produced culture media until specific tests (sterilization and performance) are completed; Identify culture media after testing; Perform microbiological analyses of food, swabs, water, and food handlers using conventional or automated techniques; Type of position: Internship Contract duration: 6 months Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
