Proactivity and good relationship with the team Job Description * We are seeking a Housekeeper with excellent cleaning standards to maintain our rooms, aiming to improve the guest experience by keeping our facilities clean and orderly, while also promoting positive team relationships and proactivity for organizational growth. Responsibilities and Duties * Inspect vacant rooms to ensure cleanliness. * Perform cleaning and linen replacement in both vacant and occupied rooms, following brand standards. * Execute bed-making procedures. * Replace linens upon all departures and in occupied rooms when necessary, adhering to brand standards. * Organize work materials: cleaning products, amenities, linens, etc., and carry out pre-defined scheduled tasks. * Handle lost-and-found procedures for items found in the hotel. * Report any shortages, damages, or safety issues. * Check inventory levels of all consumable items.
