Come be yourself and join a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilities We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+ People, People aged 45\+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for performing network planning aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines and utilizing models that incorporate the best available technological solutions, always aiming to ensure environmental sustainability, maximize customer experience, and achieve optimal efficiency in financial resource allocation. **Main Activities** * Create and automate spreadsheets, tools, dashboards, and data workflows useful for mobile access network planning, including using AI (Artificial Intelligence); * Participate in developing the technical planning for the mobile access network (4G/5G), including capacity, coverage, and technological evolution plans, aiming to improve customer experience and meet CAPEX, OPEX, and Lease targets; * Conduct economic assessments (Business Plans) for investment projects in the access network under CAPEX, OPEX, Lease, TCO, and NPV scopes; * Support the development process of the Industrial Plan and budget forecasts for the mobile access network; * Interface with other departments regarding technical planning and budgeting of the mobile access network to provide information, collect inputs, and align objectives; * Prepare reports and perform analyses of key KPIs for the mobile access network and customer experience; * Extract and analyze data from various databases used as inputs for mobile access network planning; * Manage and archive departmental documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in mobile access networks (5G/4G); * Knowledge of technical and customer experience indicators for mobile networks; * Knowledge of telecommunications mobile network architecture; * Proficiency in Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint); * Preferred: knowledge of analytical process automation (Alteryx or similar); * Preferred: knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools for process automation; * Preferred: experience in telecommunications network planning; * Preferred: experience in economic assessments of projects (Business Plans); * Preferred: advanced knowledge of Power BI. **Work Regime** * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Work location: Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro\-RJ. **Additional Information** *We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+, People aged 45\+, and Women!* At TIM, your well-being is our well-being—thus, the ***Conexão Bem \+ Estar*** program aims to **strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families**, through practical initiatives across multiple fronts so everyone remains well—in both personal and professional life.
