Development of materials for training and development. The company is seeking a Training and Development Analyst based in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Plan and monitor training classes. Provide support to instructors and students in academic and operational activities. Administer courses and the organization's LMS platform. Develop materials and presentations for training and development initiatives. Previous experience as a Training and Development Specialist, Learning Consultant, Training Coordinator, or Talent Development Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
