Application deadline: 03/23/2026 **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** **We are seeking an intern with interest in the IT field, aiming for professional growth in this area and possessing multidisciplinary knowledge.** * Assist in technical support for end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve IT-related problems efficiently. * Participate in routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups, ensuring reliability and security of IT systems. * Collaborate with the IT team to assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. * Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IT systems, inventory, and user support. * Contribute to implementation and enforcement of security policies and practices to protect company data and assets. * Support various IT projects and initiatives, which may include system upgrades, software deployments, and hardware procurement. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT industry trends through research to recommend improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT professionals to meet the company’s technological needs and objectives. **Requirements** **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology. * Expected graduation between 2027.2 and 2028.1. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day). **Required Skills:** * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary/multinational environment. * Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills. * Good interpersonal skills. * Team-oriented attitude. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) **Benefits** **What We Offer?** Regardless of the business unit you join within our company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and share your **unique perspectives and creative ideas** on addressing energy-related challenges.
