




Job Summary: Responsible for developing and delivering corporate training at various levels, creating supporting materials, and documenting processes. Key Highlights: 1. Development and delivery of corporate training 2. Creation of training support materials 3. Process documentation and improvement suggestions **Responsibilities:** \- Support the development of the corporate training plan; \- Develop and deliver operational, tactical, and strategic training—both remotely and in-person, as required; \- Create supporting materials such as manuals, handbooks, and videos; \- Configure and publish videos on the training platform; \- Provide Level 1 support and assist in documenting departmental processes; \- Document existing processes and propose improvements based on insights gathered during delivered trainings. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Experience delivering corporate training; \- Organized individual with strong communication skills. \- Experience working in companies using Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) is considered a plus. Availability to work 100% onsite in Magé.
