Job Summary: We are seeking a partner to support the Infrastructure team by providing services as an IT Governance specialist, developing policies and managing IT documentation and training. Key Highlights: 1. IT governance activities, including development of policies and procedures 2. Mapping of technology processes and management of documentation 3. We are seeking a partner to support the **Infrastructure** team by providing services as an **IT Governance** specialist. **Scope of Services:** * Development of IT governance policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices. * Mapping of technology processes in collaboration with responsible technical teams. * Management of the IT documentation repository. * Creation of IT newsletters and informational bulletins. * Management of the IT training platform. **Service Provider Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. * Knowledge of IT governance frameworks: ITIL and COBIT. * Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement. * Proficiency with process mapping and modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). * Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, etc.). * Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, etc.) or MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * ITIL certification. * Certifications in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.). **We promote the well-being and health of our partners and, as part of the engagement, offer:** * TotalPass: A tool for your health and well-being; * Birthday Day Off: Celebrate your special day your way; * Health Insurance Plan (voluntary enrollment): After three months of service with Transfero, we provide special conditions for enrolling in SulAmerica health and dental insurance plans.
