




Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for providing support, logging and tracking service requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues. Responsibilities: \-Respond to, log, and track technical support requests, ensuring resolution within established timeframes \-Provide in-person and remote technical support to end users \-Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and corporate systems \-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems \-Monitor servers, network services, and critical applications \-Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate software \-Document technical procedures and maintain an updated knowledge base \-Manage maintenance and support contracts with vendors, when required \-Guide users on best practices for utilizing IT resources Requirements: \-Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, and macOS) \-Experience in hardware maintenance and software installation \-Fundamental knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, structured cabling, basic router and switch configuration) \-Prior experience in a technical support role Salary: R$ 2\.230,57 Benefits: Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Voucher \+ Health Insurance \+ Bonus: R$ 150.00 per achieved target. Work Location: Downtown Rio de Janeiro Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Work modality may occur in three forms: full-time, part-time, or field-based. Full-time: The technician is allocated 100% of their time to a single client. Part-time: The technician works during specific hours of the day or week, potentially supporting multiple clients throughout the week. Field-based: The technician follows a schedule defined the previous day and/or performs support from the office as demand requires. Note: For external assignments, when allocated to a client, the technician may serve multiple units of the same client on the same day. When not allocated, the technician may serve multiple clients per day. All travel for service assignments is conducted exclusively via public transportation.
