Come be yourself and join a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilidades We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+ People, People aged 45\+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for monitoring budgeted vs. actual results, forecasting, provisioning, and routine tasks in support systems to ensure appropriate financial and operational control. **Main Activities** * Prepare physical and financial closures for OPEX and Efficiency; * Analyze deviations between planned and actual results for OPEX and Efficiency projects; * Support activities related to system operations (SAP, Evora, etc.) for data loading, as well as monitoring and verification; * Collaborate with involved departments to ensure information alignment and focus on objectives; * Provide cost-line monitoring indicators for OPEX and Efficiency to stakeholders; * Lead and conduct meetings to monitor progress of OPEX cost lines; * Prepare reports, governance documents, and executive presentations, including results presentations, information flows, tracking scenario presentations, and action plans; * Review, enhance, consolidate, and report KPIs for OPEX cost lines; * OPEX SCOPE: Prepare/validate economic feasibility of investment projects / optimization initiatives; * OPEX SCOPE: Support the investment project approval process during CAC meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferably specialized in controlling and finance; * Lean SIX SIGMA certification preferred; * Certification in processes (Process Expert) preferred; * Experience in the Telecommunications market; * Experience managing schedules of ongoing projects; * Experience in Budget and Forecast preparation; * Experience in revenue and cost projections; * Experience in technical leadership of squads; * Experience preparing reports and presentations for C\-Level executives; * Knowledge of financial modeling, strategic planning, controlling, and economic\-financial feasibility studies; * Experience in departments/functions handling strategic/high-complexity projects, such as Strategy, Strategic Planning, Strategic Consulting, Business Development, Corporate Finance. **Work Regime** * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Work location: Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro\-RJ. **Additional Information** *We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI\+, People aged 45\+, and Women!* At TIM, your well\-being is our well\-being — thus, the ***Conexão Bem \+ Estar*** program aims to **strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families**, through practical initiatives across multiple areas so everyone remains well — both personally and professionally.
