We are looking for an IT Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities and duties will include: Providing in-person and remote user support. Supporting equipment relocation and installation activities. Installing and configuring software, Office suite, peripherals, drivers, printers, and remote access tools. Requirements: Windows knowledge. Proficiency in the Office suite. General knowledge of backup tools. Preferred: ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields. Preferred: relevant work experience, SQL knowledge, and retail industry background.
